This page should refresh every 30 seconds to reload the latest snapshot from the webcam.  For convenience, I’ve added a date/time stamp to the image, so it’s clear if the image is current or not.  The source is an infra-red b&w cctv camera, connected via my video to a tv-tuner/capture card in the pc, and looks out across the back garden to provide night-time vision (hopefully) when Webcam 1 is finding it too dark to see.  If all you can see is glare, then it’s because currently it’s sat inside the window, instead of where it should be, outside, and the IR leds are reflecting in the glass...
